香港特别行政区立法会，通称立法会，开埠初期称为定例局（英文：Legislative Council），为香港特别行政区的立法机关，发挥部分的议会功能，负责监察政府的施政。1997年香港回归前，称为定例局和立法局。现有70个议席，每届议员任期为4年。现时是第五届立法会，任期由2012年10月1日至2016年9月30日。
